Introduction to Yoga: Four (4) 1-1/2 hour classes for learning the basics of yoga, the various breathing methods, yoga postures, and the technique of bringing internal awareness to your body/mind. Highly recommended for those new to yoga. Pre-registration required.
Gentle Yoga: Therapeutic and restorative for those who have injuries or might need to work at a slower pace. You’ll learn many of the basic yoga postures in this class.
Beginning Flow: A series of interlinked postures, coordinated with deep breathing techniques. Basic understanding of postures recommended.
Mixed Level Flow: A class for both beginners and continuing students. Challenging but more focused on basic postures than intermediate.
Intermediate Flow: Designed for those with previous yoga experience. Vigorous, dynamic and challenging.
Restorative Flow: Slower. longer held postures are arranged to offer complete, deep relaxation. Please bring 2-3 sturdy blankets or cushions.
